Consultants and engineers on the same team
Pricing consultants and engineers design and implement the rules together, using the Quantiz methodology.
The code stays with your company
The source code and intellectual property developed in the project stay with your company.
Your competitor does not have the same engine
The specific rules of your operation are not shared with other companies. The project starts from existing modules, adapted to your processes.
Integrates with ERPs, CRMs and data platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Databricks, BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric, among others.

From strategy to pocket price.
We start from modules already developed by Quantiz and adapt them to the rules and integrations of your operation. They follow the pillars of the Quantiz Mandala, the methodology of our consulting practice.
Price architecture and positioning
Price consistency across brands, pack sizes, channels and regions, with margin analysis along the chain based on the available data.
Price architecture, main offender
AI-powered price optimization
Price scenarios compared side by side, with estimated impact on margin and volume before you touch the price list.
Elasticity, willingness to pay, optimal price
Price lists, launches and Brazil’s Tax Reform
Simulate price updates, launches and the effects of tax changes on prices, and publish approved price lists to the ERP with scheduled effective dates.
Controlled tests, CBS and IBS
Promotions and trade campaigns
Uplift, cannibalization and incremental margin simulated to evaluate each promotion and guide budget allocation.
Trade budgets and promotion ROI
Segmentation and commercial policy
Discounts granted in exchange for something in return, with clear rules by customer profile and sales reps guided in the negotiation.
Pay for performance, on- and off-invoice, approval levels, order simulator
Monitoring and price waterfall
The indicators that matter on one screen: the waterfall down to pocket price and adherence to commercial policy, by customer, channel and region.
KPI cockpit, margin leakage, market information
AI agents working inside the system.
They track the data, point out what changed and suggest the next action. The models run in your environment, and decisions follow your team’s approval levels.
Analyze variations
Price, volume, mix and margin closely tracked, with an alert when something goes off track.
Explain deviations
They point out possible reasons for the deviations and the related indicators.
Suggest actions
Adjustment recommendations within commercial policy, for your team to evaluate.
Every price goes through your company’s rules.
AI suggests, governance controls. No change reaches the ERP without going through the limits and approval levels you have defined.
Rules and limits
Contribution margin floor, discount ceiling, price corridor between channels and maximum change per cycle, checked in every proposal.
Approvals by authority level
Price proposals and agent recommendations go to whoever has the authority, with exceptions and contracts tracked until they expire.
Change history
Who changed what, when and why, with a mandatory justification for critical decisions.
Access and profiles
Each person sees and approves only what their role allows.
Behind the scenes: scheduled import routines, data quality checks and price calculation and rounding rules.
Why build your own system instead of renting a platform.
BOTS model: the system is yours, not a license.
Build
We build the engine on your rules, segmentation and architecture.
Operate
We operate alongside your team during the first pricing cycles.
Transfer
We transfer source code, documentation and knowledge.
Sustain optional
If it makes sense for you, we keep monitoring models and pipelines and evolving the solution.
Frequently asked questions
How are scope and responsibilities defined?
The scope starts from the pricing decisions your company needs to support, the applicable modules and the required integrations. The proposal defines deliverables, acceptance criteria, the data needed, the IT team’s involvement and each team’s responsibilities.
How is the delivery validated?
Your team takes part in validating the rules and in the assisted operation. Before the handover, the solution goes through the acceptance criteria defined in the scope, and the team taking over receives documentation and training.
Who maintains the system after delivery?
You choose. After the handover, your team can take over the operation with code, documentation and training in hand, or Quantiz keeps taking care of supporting and evolving the solution.
Does my data leave the company?
No. The system, including the AI models, runs on your infrastructure, and the Quantiz team works inside your environment, without taking information outside.
Does it integrate with my ERP?
Yes. The integration is defined according to your company’s systems, versions and interfaces. The project establishes how data reaches the system and how prices and effective dates are published to the ERP, with validation and approval.
Is there an option without an implementation project?
Yes. Qira, the Quantiz AI agent, works on a subscription basis, with immediate access and no integration. You send the data in files such as Excel, CSV or Parquet and can start asking questions right away. Meet Qira.
