Frederico Zornig
Founding Partner
Frederico Zornig is a founding partner of Quantiz. With over 30 years of professional experience, 16 of which have been with Quantiz, he has worked on over 200 pricing projects in Brazil, the United States, and Latin America with some of the leading companies in various sectors of the economy.
He has been a frequent speaker at events organized by the Professional Pricing Society (USA) for over fifteen years, both in Brazil and abroad. He taught Pricing at FGV/SP for over ten years in MBA and PECs courses.
He is the author of two books and several pricing articles published in Brazil and abroad, especially in the Pricing Journal edited by the Professional Pricing Society. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Partner at Quantiz since 2014, he has participated in more than 70 Pricing and RGM projects in Brazil and across Latin America, in sectors such as agribusiness, construction, education, pharmaceuticals, and retail. He led studies on the impact of price levers on the performance of companies listed on B3 and is one of the leaders behind the Quantiz Pricing Mandala. He has published articles with the Professional Pricing Society (PPS) on promotions and KPIs, as well as pieces on Quantiz’s website. A Production Engineer from Mackenzie, he worked in Pricing at Grupo Ultra. He holds the CPP (Certified Pricing Professional), CVM (Customer Value Modeler), and CAP (Change Agent in Pricing) certifications.
Tiago Martin
Partner-Director
Partner since 2014, he has participated in 70+ pricing projects for large enterprises across 8 countries in Latin America and the United States, spanning 15 sectors such as agribusiness, distribution, beverages, construction, payments, retail, and commodities like copper and pulp. He has developed and implemented solutions including commercial policy, channel-based pricing strategies, segmentation, pricing research, price elasticity, and pricing algorithms. Before Quantiz, he worked at Telefônica Vivo and in real estate and logistics companies. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and is certified as a CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) by the Professional Pricing Society, as well as a Customer Value Modeler (CVM) and a Change Agent in Pricing (CAP).
Anderson Correia
Managing Partner of Technology.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University Anhanguera and MA student of Industrial Processes at the Technological Research Institute, he works with business consulting since 2013, with projects focused on allocation of sales force, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, network design, reduction of costs and business intelligence. Specialized in data analysis and mathematical modeling with focus on operational research applications for decision-making. In process of certification by the Pricing Society (CPP – Certified Pricing Professional).

He graduated in Economics from Insper with a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the same institution. He has experience in the back and front office of Wealth Management in the financial market. He was also part of the Revenue Management team of Gol Airlines, dealing with pricing optimization, bid price, demand forecast, transfer price and award program.

With about eight years of experience in Pricing and Revenue Growth Management, she has worked in the services sector (transportation and health-insurance) covering Costing, Commercial, Pricing, and BIDs.
